“Before we ever started, I was having trouble deciding what I wanted to do in the space! I had so many different ideas and I couldn’t figure out exactly what I wanted! So I called Miah, and she was able to draw up some plans to help my vision come to life. If you’re needing help in a space, reach out to her! She will make your life/decision making so easy!”

Rustic + Modern Living for a Growing Family

Designing this new build home for a family of 9, including 6 kids and one on the way, meant optimizing space and flow for their lively lifestyle. A large open-concept living room/kitchen/dining room allows for plenty of space for the whole family to spread out while encouraging family togetherness. Pops of color infuse joy into the shared kids’ bathroom and bedrooms; while in the primary bathroom, the use of materials such as natural oak, muted neutral tones and matte textures creates a serene sanctuary, providing these busy parents with an inviting retreat to escape to. The Wonderhaus airbnb

A Mid-Century Modern Twist

Before it was a luxury short-term rental, this small ranch-style house had a farmhouse feel mixed with some classic '70s elements (wood paneling, I'm looking at you). Working with Lifestyle Homes by Greg Lasker on this project, we gutted the home and took a geometric and bold approach to elements throughout the design to add a twist to the mid-century modern aesthetic. This house features 2 stylish living rooms, a spa-like bathroom, an outdoor oasis, and can sleep 12 (perfect for bridal parties - it’s just down the road from the Legacy Acres venue)! Book your stay now!

Millan home Renovation

Modern Mediterranean Vibes

This home was outdated, dull, and in need of a big refresh. We demolished just about everything, expanding the primary bathroom, creating a larger kitchen floor plan, and relocating walls to improve the home's flow and function. We incorporated elements of each style throughout with the use of Spanish tile, mixed wood tones, soft green colors, natural textures, and brass accents.

Los 3 POTRILLOS PATIO

Bright and Colorful Mexican Style

Step into the vibrant and lively atmosphere of this renovated Mexican restaurant patio, where natural light floods the space. Overhead, sombrero-style lights hang, casting a warm glow and adding a touch of authenticity. A custom, colorful mural brings the space to life, depicting a traditional Mexican dress and three horses (tres potrillos) in the background. New chairs and custom butcher block tables invite guests to relax and enjoy their drinks while laughter and good times fill the air, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
